Project planning and organisation
When planning our fmp music show we had many goals, everyone's goals were different, but we all wanted a fun and memorable show that would highlight each of our skills and talents. We made a production and rehearsal plan do help us stay on track including a rough list of what we needed to do ech week. We managed to stick Mosty to these deadlines, but it was hard for me as I missed a few rehearsals, but I manged to rehearse and learn well. There were defiantly a few things that changed and some arguments along the way like at the start it was not planned for me and Dakotta to sing together, and it was just going to be me but in the end this change was for the better and if flowed a lot better. to keep on track and see the progress we were making I liked to look back at our video recordings to see how I have improved and what I can do to improve.
Rehearsal process and development.
During rehearsal time, I used it to focus and make sure I worked on areas of improvement and work on my performance skills, for example I spent rehearsal time and home time to practise my timing with Jamie for certain parts and to practise putting the mic up for Jacob in teenage dirtbag. Throughout rehearsals I got good advice from band members and teachers about stage presence and harmonies, I tried my best to take this on board and tried to improve this. The strategy that helped me most was to stay focused was talking short breaks when rehearsing so I didn't get overwhelmed or bored of the song. Throughout the rehearsing time my performance and skills defiantly got stronger, I started feeling comfortable with the songs and buy the end everything was prepared and nicely performed.
Performance evaluation
Overall, I thought the final performance went really well aspeshily Mamma Mia. As I was in the audience I could see everyone was enjoying it and were super proud, in the performance there when many things that when well however some things weren't that great personally I felt I should have worked on my stage presence a bit more and made it look more like I was having fun also the scare we all got when we though a band member wasn't great but we worked with it and had a plan for if he didn't show lucky he did but it was defiantly nerve racking this was a good skill we all needed to learn, overall it think it went great for are 2nd show, we were all very proud of each other witch made it very memorable.

Live event organisation and teamwork
For organising the live event i played the key role of stage manager which meant I helped to make sure it ran smooth and was organised. Communication and collaboration with everyone were essential, we had a few meetings and group conversations for the show. As expected there were challenges but none involved me or were a problem for me, strong teamwork played a huge role in the event, everyone had a specific role but we all jumped in wherever needed from setting up the stage to possible being ready to do vocals for someone were all, teachers included we were all hands on deck to make the show flow and collaborate successfully.
Live production and technical skills
For the live event I wasn't involved in the technical elements like lighting and sound however in the future I would love to be a part of this I wasn't a part this time as my tec skills aren't the best so I wouldn't be to useful but for next time I would like to improve and work on them so I can be prepared and able to work with the tec groups. The technical elements like lighting and sound played a massive role on the show was of we didn't have any of this it would be a silent and boring show so lucky it all worked and performed perfectly, luckily there was no major technical difficulties however there was a little mishap with a fault cale in of the DJ sets with made the performer rush and look quite nervous. If I'm completely honest I don't have any technical skills so I'm not too confident in the tec side however the production something I can help with. In the future I will try and learn and help with the technical side of the show production.
Reflection and future development
In this lest project I am most proud of everyone for all coming together and making our fmp the best it could be, yes there were mistakes and problems, but they were all fixable and would not happen if we all rehearsed and communicated more but I think we all did brilliant. If I were to repeat the project knowing what I know now I would practise more work on my stage presence more defiantly and get songs organised earlier to maximise practice time. I have defiantly improved my communication skills throughout this process I also feel I have gained for performance confidence on the stage, and I now know what to expect when performing again at shows. This experience has shown me that preparing organising and teamwork is particularly important it has also highlighted how much work goes into creating setting up and performing a show, I would definitely do it again if I had the chance.
